Jiang Dong

CEO & Founder
Jiang Dong is the CEO and founder of E-Smart Group Oy. He has a strong background in computer science especially in mobile technologies and AI and extensive experience leading technology companies. Over the years, he has held several operational and technical key roles, including CTO positions, giving him a deep understanding of both product development and business leadership. Jiang holds a Doctor of Science from Aalto University, where he specialized in mobile collective intelligence. At E-Smart, he leads the company’s technology direction in Finland and oversees the local service team. Under his leadership, E-Smart develops reliable, scalable energy solutions while delivering smooth logistics for resellers and high-quality customer support for end users.

Sampo Tervomaa

Marketing- and Sales-Manager
Sampo is a data-driven marketing and growth professional, especially interested in turning business goals into measurable, working systems. He has experience across SaaS, consulting, fintech, and the non-profit sector, which has shaped a practical, hands-on approach to both marketing and sales. At E-Smart, Sampo focuses on making sure product, marketing, and sales form a clear and coherent whole. His work is defined by continuous improvement and getting things done in practice so that the technology supports the business and creates real value for customers.
